About TakeOne

TakeOne is built by LiteApps Company, a small independent team that builds focused, single-purpose iOS apps.

We built TakeOne because most teleprompter apps solve half the problem — they scroll your script, but they put that script wherever there happens to be screen space, not where your eyes actually need to be to look like you're talking to the camera. That gap between where you're looking and where the lens is sits at the center of why so many solo-recorded videos feel stiff or scripted, and it's the problem TakeOne is built around solving: keeping your script at the camera's eye-line, not just scrolling somewhere on the screen.

The app is still early. We're a small team, we ship in public, and we'd rather be straightforward about that than pretend otherwise — the Privacy Policy and Terms on this site describe exactly what the app does today, not aspirational marketing copy.
